Had some damage to my 2002 Corvette, and Gateway did an outstanding job. Unfortunately a few weeks later I had some major front end damage to my 2007 Avalon. I was so impressed with Gateway Collision Center, and Brian the shop manager, I took my Toyota to the Chevy dealer for repairs! Great work, great communication, and very nice people.

Gateway Collision Center has been a great asset to me since I bought my first truck. Their professionalism and recommendations has always been to satisfy the customer first while taking care of business. They not only fixed vandalism to my 2008 Avalanche but also had warranty work coordinated and completed on my vehicle before picking it up. Tracy Sullivan and the rest of her fun loving co-workers/bosses get top marks in my book with service done right the first time!

Had a great experience with everyone at the collision shop. Tracy and Bryan did everything they could to get my car in and get my bumper fixed so I could get my car back on the road. Even after the estimate and while the parts were on order an additional piece had fallen off of the car. Jeremy (the estimator) had it fixed at no extra charge. Great service would recommend them over and over again!

I know my car may not be brand new, but i take pride in ownership and when i was T-boned by a young kid texting on his cell phone, my heart was broken! I thought my car was going to be totaled! The folks at Gateway Chevrolet Collision Center took great care of me and my vehicle and took the necessary steps in order to bring new life into my vehicle. I couldnt believe the end result, it looked better than I could ever imagine! I would reccomend anyone to bring their vehicle there no matter what make or model or age!

I cannot tell you how helpful and amazing the estimators and technicians at this collision center are. Tracy Sullivan was the most helpful. She kept me informed of everything including the supplemental repairs that needed to be done. I was involved in an accident so you can imagine my stress level. Tracy put me at ease. When they finished with my car, I was amazed. It looked brand new, like it had never been invovled in an accident at all. I am very happy with the end result and the entire staff at Gateway Chevrolet's Collision Center. Thank you so so so much.

I work at Gateway Chevrolet, but not in the Body Shop. This is the 3rd and I hope final time that my daughter's car has been repaired by Gateway's Collision Center! Once she was hit in a parking lot, once she was hit in an intersection, (this one was the most serious) and then most recently this summer she was involved again in an accident when someone pulled out in front of her. None of these incidents were because she made a mistake other than being in the wrong place at the wrong time, but each time it was stresful, upsetting, and of course very inconvenient. Everyone in the Body Shop performed their duties to the highest standards, we were both very happy with the repairs and the service. I work there but if I didn't believe it was the best place to take your car at one of your lowest times,I would not recommend our Collision Center.

After getting an estimate from a body shop on fixing my outside drivers rear view mirror, I stopped at Gateway Chevrolet since my car is a GM product. The estimate was initially $40 lower. The advisor than suggested obtaining the part from a salvage yard. Now they were $70 less. Signed the work order right then and there. They would order the part, check it's quality, paint it and call me to have the mirrors switched. Imagine my pleasant surprise when the next day Tracy called and said they had a mirror, the same color as my vehicle, could I come down to make sure. Fifteen minutes later I was there, the mirror matched, and twenty minutes later I had the repair finished. And it was now $100 less than the original estimate. The people are friendly and truly work to make you a happy customer. I'll be going back for service work too!

I purchased my car new at Gateway in 2003 Over the years I have been involved three accidents due to no faulf of my own and Gateway Collision Centerhas repaired my car each time. Most Recently my car was hit by a large Dust Devil which damaged my windshield and deeply pitted most of the pait on my car. And again Bill Metcalf and his crew have done a wonderful job of repairing my car back to like new condition. Thanks Bill
